The simple staged process:

  2. We will review the case and provide indicative terms and a timetable for full assessment of the case within 14 days.
  3. Upon acceptance of our terms, we will commence our due diligence process.
  4. We will arrange for Litigation Protection to place ATE (After The Event) insurance as part of the process.
